Shipping and Returns
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-72hrs. We try our best to ship out every order placed before 1pm est. (except on weekends) on the same day. Vaperz Cloud is not open on weekends and most major holidays so your package will be shipped the next business day. We ship all of our packages through USPS (United States Postal Service.) Orders over $100 will have signature confirmation.
As of the moment we do not ship internationally. Please check back soon.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
We accept returns or exchange within 30 days of purchase. When returning or exchanging items the following must be met:
- within 30 days of purchase date
- must be unopened and in original package
- must show no sign of wear or damage
- must email customer support for RMA# (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- must include receipt and RMA# in package
- customer must ship products back securely and is responsible for fee (tracking number advise as we are not responsible if package isn’t delivered)
If an item was received damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact email@example.com within 24hrs of receiving item and we will fix the problem.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. You must contact us within 30 days of purchase date to request refund. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us along with the RMA#. Shipping with tracking is highly advise as we are not responsible for undelivered packages.
